Ian Z.W. Chan
Principle Investigator

Ian is interested in how animals see their world around them and how they use their colour patterns to communicate with one another. His research started with marine animals but has since branched out to terrestrial organisms such as butterflies, birds, and tree kangaroos.
Ian is also passionate about conservation and nurturing the next generation of leaders, and also engages in research in these areas.
